Jamie is our Gym Manager and a personal trainer. He has a Bachelors of Science in Exercise and Sport Science from The University of Tulsa.

Jamie relies on a mixture of sports performance he learned from his time as a basketball athlete at TU and rehabilitative strategies to provide his clients with a wide range of care. At the heart of his methodology is strength training as he believes that gaining strength is a necessity to achieve any fitness goal.

Jamie has been a personal trainer for over 7 years and has a passion for enhancing his clients relationship with physical activity in the pursuit of building a stronger more durable body.

Camp is a personal trainer studying Exercise Science with the goal of becoming a Physical Therapist.
He has experience working with a wide variety of clients ranging from weight loss, athletic performance and muscular re-education.
Camp’s goal is to educate his clients on how to train effectively and safely to achieve their fitness goals.

Our massage therapists


Terry is a Licensed Massage Therapist who has a passion for helping people heal with the manipulation of soft tissue. He specializes in Deep Tissue Massage, Sports Massage, and Swedish Massage. His ultimate goal is to remove pain and tension in the body, and improve his quality of life for his patients.

Angie is a Licensed Massage Therapist, as well as a Myofascial Cupping Practitioner and a Certified Yoga instructor. She discovered a passionate curiosity for the workings of the human body, while studying anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and pathology. She has since nourished this aptitude by studying and practicing massage therapy.

Our Physical Therapists


Matt has developed a vast skill set enabling him to help with any musculoskeletal or joint-related problem through his internship with the Atlanta braves and now nearly a decade of experience as a practitioner. He also has extensive experience in post-operative rehabilitation as well as non-operative treatment and management of a multitude of orthopedic conditions.


Leslie has gained experience in dealing with a broad orthopedic population, from geriatrics to young athletes. She has developed skills in rehabilitating post-operative patients as well as conservative management of injuries or orthopedic conditions, with the ultimate goal always being return to full function and helping patients meet their own goals.


MacGyver has experience working with a wide variety of orthopedic conditions and sports injuries. His skill set includes pre- and post-operative care as well as conservative management of many musculoskeletal injuries and conditions. He enjoys working with individuals to identify musculoskeletal dysfunctions and working to correct them to restore function and return to daily lives.

Andi is experienced in acute and chronic orthopedic injuries (post-operative and conservative management), chronic pain, neurological injuries (post-stroke, traumatic brain injury), balance training, and she has her vestibular certification through the American Institute of Balance in Florida. She believes that the integration of manual therapy and exercise should be tailored to each unique patient to help achieve their goals and equip them to maintain their progress.
