We offer a fully equipped gym, including weight racks, treadmills, ellipticals, a studio room, and more!

Every member will receive a magnetic key fob for entry into our gym, so only members will be allowed access to the building.

With our Preferred Membership, you will get full access to our gym, and your choice of either a Physical Therapy visit or Personal Training session once a month.

At Beyond the Gym, your exercise plan will be overseen by a professional doctor of physical therapy, who will be practicing next door at Beyond Physical Therapy.

With our preferred membership plan, you will receive full access to our state of the art gym as well as an included Physical Therapy visit.

Kinesio Tape on Elbow

Kinesio Taping

Rehabilitative technique that is designed to facilitate the body’s natural healing process while providing support and stability to muscles and joints without restricting the body’s range of motion. It can be used to help facilitate use of dysfunction muscles, or as a way to reduce inflammation by gently lifting the skin for improved lymphatic drainage.

Dry Needling Example

Dry Needling

Dry needling is a skilled intervention that uses a thin filiform needle to penetrate the skin and stimulate underlying myofascial trigger points and release tension and “knots” in the muscle for decreased pain and improved muscular function.

The Graston Technique

Graston Technique

The Graston Technique is an instrument-assisted, soft tissue mobilization therapy. It is beneficial in breaking up fascial restrictions and  scar tissue adhesions as well as improving blood flow and flexibility in targeted areas.

Cupping

Cupping involves the use of negative pressure to create a suctioning  effect over the skin and underlying fascia and muscle. This improves blood flow and flexibility to the targeted area.

Contract-Relax Stretching​

Contract-Relax stretching involves putting a muscle in a stretched position and then contracting it for a few seconds followed by relaxing and taking up the new range of flexibility. This type of stretch works because you gain flexibility and range of motion from the a reflexive relaxation response of your muscle following contraction.

Consultation and Diagnoses are examinations with use of special testing to determine cause of injury/problem and what the best treatment option is to fix it.
